Good afternoon,

Thank you for letting me in your forum. I am a bonsai enthousiat for many years now but my years of travel didn't allow me to get a good grip on this hobby until recently. I discovered this art whilst studying in Montpellier, France. Just in case anyone knew him, Gilbert Labrid, who owned Yamarodi Bonsai in the city centre, shared his passion with me and that was contagious!

Sadly I never had the chance to be part of a club (or a forum!) and my work was pretty much driven by my own research. There is plenty I want to learn and I hope to get lots of advice from you.

I have trees at various stages of work so plenty of decisions to make!

Anyone from Oxfordshire by the way?

Unfortunately, the club near Oxford folded quite some time ago. Swindon, Newbury or Chiltern clubs are probably your closest, depending on where you live in Oxford.

Loufada, hi.
It would be nice to know what kind of trees you are growing now and if we could help you with any.

Hi, I have a zelkowa forest, a lemon-thyme semi cascade (posted in the show off forum), a wild prunus, an hawthorn (also posted and hoping for advice), plus a few other species in early stages
