Hi, I've been posting a little while already but thought I should introduce myself a little better. I'm Darren, based near Worcester. I have the luxury of working from home so when I'm not on the computer I'm watering my trees or what-not. When I joined I wasn't sure how to gauge how long I've been doing bonsai for my profile, a couple of my plants I've had for up to 10 years but I've only really been properly training bonsai for 18 months and the more I learn the more I feel like I was doing it wrong all along! I have somewhere around 70 'trees' though most of those are in the ground ready to become future projects. In 'active' training I have scots pine, hawthorn, elm and some shrubbier nursery/garden centre projects. |

Welcome. I think of the "trees" count as from anything you're individually working on with the intention of bonsai training to show pieces. |
