As per the title, I've posted very little in the last 5 or 6 years so thought it would make sense to re-introduce myself.

I live in Leicestershire and have been interested in bonsai for many years, I joined the original BonsaiHelp forum and came across to Wee Trees not long after it was set up.

I have to admit that my enthusiasm for working on my trees goes through phases and looking again at some of the pictures of trees I've posted in the past, it's embarrassing how little they've developed!

However! I'm semi-retiring end of this month (yes, great timing....) and hope to be able to rekindle the enthusiasm now I'll have more time on my hands.

Good to see so many old faces but sad to note the passing of a few others.

A quick question, do we still have to use a hosting site to post pictures or is there an easier way now? I need to update my windswept project tree for the 2017-2019 Challenge, even though I missed the closing date!

Albero! Welcome back! Long time no see but still siiting on the chair :smallthumb: Goodness you've been gone a long time :eek: Retirement and compulsory staying at home are a perfect recipe for getting back into bonsai.

Try using imgbb to upload your pictures. Open it in a separate tab, upload just the picture(s) you want to add and copy the full linked BBcode then paste it into your post. No need so sign up for anything and so far I've had no problems with it at all.
