Just wondering.
What happens to the login process, if I change my Username from "xtolord" to "Xavier de Lapeyre" ?

you just enter the new name in the login box once we let you know its changed :-) nice and easy

For example i just changed mine and now when i log in i just change the name :-)

For those of us old enough to remember the early days of the internet usernames used to have to consist of maximum 8 characters with no spaces. This was a technical requirement to do with bits and bytes and like so many other things on line has remained as a bit of a hangover from those days. Personally I am not fussed either way and may choose to "hide" behind a username dependant upon the site I am on.

I've been Stymie since 1942 when I started work but you can call me Don. The likeness in the avatar is uncanny. :061haha:

I have used this name for a years and no-one will find my real out who the real me is!

Hi all have just joined the forum and hope to pick a few brains.I am70 years old and live 20 miles from Cardiff.I only have 6 trees and have had them for 15 years.I have quite a few questions that I hope someone will be able to help me with.THanks in advance willow.

Hello Willow, nice to have you with us but you are not in quite the right place to introduce yourself. Go to the main page of the forum and you will see the third heading down is 'Introduce Yourself'. Click on there then start a new topic using the little button on the left just below the sponsor adverts. Tell us about yourself (as much as you want) and about your trees, what species, where you keep them etc. You'll get lots of friendly replies :smallthumb:
