Drifter - I haven't got a dog any more since Meg (the world's most beautiful rough collie) died - irreplaceable, but I do love your Dalmatian! It's a very interesting pic since it shows front legs forward & back legs backward, which was how artists always drew running horses and dogs for hundreds of years before photography showed the other position front legs backward & back legs forward. I think it's a great photo! J.

Oh well, when it comes to the lads I simply cannot resist showing them. My Mozzy Boy left me three years ago and Dusty and Barney alas are also up there having fun. Jack however, out Tri-Colour Border is a star and a half.

My Mozzy Boy. Love of my life and took part of me with him.

Beautiful beautiful dogs Mike!

I remember a sermon given by my much-loved parish priest (now v. elderly in care home), who said "If you think heaven is walking your dog, then your dog will be with you in heaven!"

Revolutionary stuff for a Catholic! But I'm absolutely convinced it is true.

Thank you John...Bless you indeed. I say to have lived life without a four legged friend is to not have lived life to the full. The pleasure I get from the lads cannot be put into words.
