The Dragon Boot Sale/Auction is always the 1st weekend of September. Saturday is a workshop day, followed by the Sunday car boot and auction. Space available to camp, contact Chris Thomas, details are shown in earlier posts Andy |

Just a reminder that the Dragon Bonsai weekend is approaching. Saturday 2nd September is a workshop day (Bonsai workshop, bring something to work on and also Dan Butler will be demonstrating pot building where you can build your own for a small fee). Sunday 3rd September is car boot and auction day. Usually about 10 to 12 sellers on the car boot field and up to approx 250 lots in the auction. Details of address and contact details are in the previous posts. If you want to enter anything for sale in the auction or have a pitch on the field contact Chris Thomas. |

Another good day at the auction - happy with my little haul. I was after a couple of chunkers to work on: Zelkova  Trident  And this oak from the boot sale  The trident needs more work than I thought, but that’s ok. The oak will get a quick slip pot this weekend to give it a little more protection over the winter. |
