I had heard a rumour that York Bonsai had, or was going to cease trading. Not sure if that is true though.

It's an online store http://www.yorkbonsai.co.uk/. I think it's essentially a 1 man band (Simon). I've bought from him in the past with good service. No idea if he's stopped trading. |

I was at York Bonsai 2 weeks ago, he said he was cutting back but still trading by appointment |

The reason i ask is its very local to my Mum who is in a wheel chair at the moment . We have been talking about going there when i visit but it doesn't sound like its that kind of place . |

He is still advertising above here as a weetrees sponsor but stock is mostly tools ferts soil and sundries rather than many trees. I have the feeling that he's selling up and winding down. |
