And I'm even more fed up because I have kept mine protected and out of cold and wind and still the flowers have dropped off :1crybaby: :1crybaby: :1crybaby:

Its the first time for years mine have survived the weather and the sparrows Will and Daryl.

Your turn next year.

Is yours sheltered, Sputnik? This is the second year that mine has fowered but they just fall off as they open.

Yours looks great by the way! So busy bemoaning my own that I forgot to say that.

It was totally sheltered this year Daryl. Any closer to the house and it would have been in the kitchen. I find they need more water when flowering.

I wonder if that is what the problem is with mine? because it was out of the direct wind? any one else had similar problems

Mine gets lots of water and morning sun. It's in a mini plastic greenhouse against the house wall.

Full size wisteria on people's houses are not so sensitive to wind so I wonder what is going wrong ::dunno:

Funnily enough my full sized wisteria fared much worse than its bonsai offspring this year getting caught by the frost whilst in bud. This is an airlayer from the one on the side of the house.
