Decided to re organise the garden. Cannot do much with the trees at the moment and decided it was better to do now during lockdown and that way i should have everything settled in pace before next years growing season.
Loads of sleepers along the brook and extended the lawn with some fencing so the grand kids can't fall in. Always wanted a larger pond so went up to over double in size. The dogs inspected the new pond and seem to approve. Thankfully had a large juniper growing in the ground which i have potted and i can use this to cover the pond filter system.
All the basics completed just need to replant a few things. i also have some young Japanese moss which i have been growing from seed which i want to incorporate over some rocks around the pond and waterfall edging.
Still a bit to do but at least it should all come together to start next year, hopefully on a more positive note for all of us.
still deciding whether to build a japanese style bridge over the pond.

Finished off today and planted some japanese moss around the waterfall and also one off my maples on the pond border.
