Just thought I would try this bb code grabbing thingy majiggy, me and my neighbour had a few beers yesterday and thought it would be fun to shoot waterbombs and try and capture the explosion.

Nice effort there. Difficult to capture but the first one in particular is a good exposure. I notice you're getting into the old photography game - me too. What camera do you have? Cheers Danny B |

I bought a bridge camera dude Panasonic FZ45, has served me well since getting into the photo malarky. All pics done in high speed burst mode. Not got used to F numbers and iso's, aperture etc. Like bonsai I'm still learning. Thanks |

Cool, I invested in a Canon 50D for my sisters wedding last year - awesome bit of kit. I'm a bit further on with photos than bonsai but still a long way to go! If you only buy one book on the subject get Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Understanding-E ... 432&sr=8-1 F stops etc will never be a mystery again. The second one is fantastic, just taken after the baloon burst, water is still formed into shape.
