I think it's Privet Hedge (Ligustrum ovalifolium)

This one is NOT a ligustrum

its a sageretia theezans

has a darker, thinner, more glossy leaf than a ligustrum, finer twigs, and darker bark

Googled it and it does like a lot like it. I'm just not too sure if it is cause I've read that it blooms in spring times and bares fruit in the summer and mine doesn't do either at the moment.

Received this tree with a bunch of starter trees and have no idea what it is. I like it though. Can someone help in identifying it please?
