Daryl, not sure about your plants but thanks for drawing my attention to the etsy site, I put in Bonsai paintings and loads came up, a couple of quite nice ones as well. |

I personally can't use it on my ancient mobile phone LOL but I know several people who do and find it useful! There is also plenty of other useful tree info on the Woodland Trust website ... |

Maybe post some more photos when the leaves emerge properly on both! Fully out now. The third tree I picked up - £5 again - turned out to be a Persian Ironwood/Parrotia. Going to stay as a garden tree for now. |

i picked up some seeds when on holiday and got two to grow . i have no idea what they are other than some type of mimosa or it might be .dichrostachys cinerea which is the Fabaceae family i have looked everywhere but can not find out what they are.. the little brown spot on the stalk might be the give away. i have tried mimosa seeds after using plant id apps but they were similar but different. any ideas ? 2019-05-09_11-22-47 by rod mosedale, on Flickr 2019-05-09_11-26-33 by rod mosedale, on Flickr the small brown spot on the stalk is raised slightly |
