Recently the Ercole air pruning pots stocked by kaizen came up. Just thought I’d share this cheaper apparently identical alternative here: https://www.onestopgrowshop.co.uk/produ ... axon_id=67

They are a bit cheaper per pot but free next working day UPS delivery.

Are the holes small enough to keep Sanicat moler in the container?

I've got loads of them. They're designed for compost over 1 or 2 years in my opinion. They do leak substrate. Sanicat Pink from Pets at Home almost stays in, but will leak out slowly after time. Everything else common in the bonsai world will just fall out.

I grew a lot of stuff in compost and grit in them and some in CL as above. After two years they've lost around 15% to 20% of what went in. I've also lined them with garden mesh which works but it's fiddly.
