Post subject:  Pot maker's mark - help with ID please

Hi there, I have just been cleaning a pot that came with a tree I bought, and on the bottom of the pot is a maker's mark. I can't upload a photo (phone issues) but it looks like a capital letter K inside a backwards capital letter D. Or sideways, a headless person inside a stirrup.
I've looked on the EBPC website, and the mark isn't on their database. Any ideas gratefully accepted.

What sort of size / quality is it? There are so many amateur potters now and lots of clubs do pottery nights so if it doesn't look very 'accomplished' it could be the result of a club night ::dunno:

It's shallow and round, pale creamy brown with a lip and about 8 or 9 inches across, suitable for an acer or similar, it is nice quality and looks like it is the work of an experienced potter.
