The other mystery is HOW MANY bonsai pots I seem to have!

Only one solution to that particular conundrum... More trees!

We had a rat in our garden eating the seed that the birds were flinging out of the feeders!, I loaded one of my air rifles and left it by the conservatory door, The wife told me rattie was sat on the pot of one of my patio trees so I rushed in and picked up the rifle, I asked where it was and she smacked the window! :132doh:

Of course the rat vanished, I never even caught sight of it

I asked why she did that and she said, 'You was going to kill it'!! Well, Err- Yup!!

I ended up putting a trap down so I got it in the end!!

I think a humane trap is the best bet for your greenhouse, Loufada. At least when you catch something you can decide if it is friend or foe and re-home it accordingly.

Hmmmmm I have installed just a bird feeder a couple of weeks ago... That could well be the issue here

Oh dear, how unfortunate. Someone was telling me today that they have rats in the walls and loft and between floorboards. Their only option is to put poison down to kill them and let them rot in the cavities. And put up with the smell til it goes away... It's not even an old house it's a new build. Shocking really, nasty little buggers

My advice if it is rats and they are under the house, please, please, please, don't poison them or you will have an appalling stink for months!!!!!! I know I made that mistake Trap them, or if your that way inclined blow its bloody head off. :thum: However that gnawing looks to smooth to be a rat.
