I would plant them, mine usually germinate after stratification, when they're in the growing media, with some warmth & light.

Before you put them in the fridge did you have any that floated or sank?

Yes, most sank, some sprouted in the fridge. I made the mistake of potting the sprouted one's too deep, and they've failed.

The instructions that came with my seeds only said 2 week stratification, they've been out the fridge a week but no sprouts yet

That's not long enough stratification, what variety were they ?
Don't throw them away, as they may sprout next year,if you've planted them .

Thank you,
I’m just starting 6 weeks in the fridge for European larch and 4 weeks for Dawn Redwood.
I put 20 larch to soak and 7 floated the rest sank.

Well that was half successful, my Dawn Redwoods have sprouted and are about an inch high.
The larch not one has sprouted I would have expected some failures but not all the packet never mind back to plan B.

I did larch, ginkgo, cedar of Lebanon, Chinese elm an black pine and only the latter two germinated. I'm going to try the outside method next time
