It's styled like a tree rather than a vine but is a rarity.

I think you would struggle with the fact that most Ivies are so vigorous. Having said that the ivy tree above shows it can be done but it must be hard work....
I do use some of the small leaved cultivars as accent plants and these are quite slow growing but I’ve never been tempted to try styling them over and above the odd haircut. The cultivar ‘Dyinnii’ is a real gem and is available through a few alpine nurseries.

Thanks for the replies. I have seen some nice ones on the internet but limited information which is why I asked the question.
This plant came as part of a decorative planted basket around 15 years ago and I planted it at the base of a large hawthorn at the bottom of the garden. It had grown massive and was taking over so I dug it up about 2 months ago and it seems to have survived.
I think I will see how it gets on for a year or so and decide what to do then.
