Hello all, i have a couple of evergreens, a chinese yew and a privet, they are sprouting new growth within the last 3 weeks, but they both need re-potting i was going to re-pot next month will this be OK or will stress the trees too much as they are showing quite a bit of new growth? thanks Jim... |

Thanks for the reply stymie, i keep them outside in my garden but have brought them inside to a well lit unheated room in my house as i thought they might die with this extreme weather we have been having (hope its finished now!) I will try and get some pics up. (p.s they are not that impressive as they are just young) |

My privet spends its whole year outdoors just where nature intended :) though this year it has lost a LOT more leaves than normal but looking down the street the planted hedging versions have also lost far more than normal so am not too concerned, well not till spring then i expect to see some green action or it gets binned :( |
