I've had Hawthorns for a few years and although they are all very healthy they never seem to flower.
Anyone help ?

I dont have one muself, but Potassium/Potash (K) is usually associated with flowers/fruit.

Maybe I do overfeed for species like Hawthorn and Wisteria. They get the same as all the others.
Thanks Don, I guess I will have to make a special tomato feed corner.

Normally I am too lazy to do specials....................... :roll:

Also i think some just dont flower ever i do jobs wer there standing side by side cut at the same time same size ect and some flower some just never do.

Nice article. I've not had much success even keeping Hawthorns alive (3 died on me this last winter).
Do you think that similar pruning works for other flowering species - Pyracantha, Apples?
