I have a Juniper that was worked too hard, a few branches have died but the rest of the tree is thriving...

hi All.
here is an updated pic taken today of dead/live tree.
right side looks like it's trying to run away from dead side!

As my juniper that I chopped a bit too much off, It was mentioned that the tree went into shock and shut down some branches only on my tree the top part of the tree died.

thats good news. looks to be surviving, the compost heap suggest was a bit premature. dont be tempted to start moving things around though. with a couple of years of free growth it might be ready for a redesign.
what kind of juniper is it?

Peddlar, you have something left (on the right) that is quite interesting to shape in the FUTURE (sorry).
Now let the tree recover, carefully cut the wire away on the dead part, trying not to disturb the tree or wiggle it around too much.

Celebrate the new shoot, yeah. I'm so pleased for you.

How long does it take before a Juniper will let you know you were too brutal?
