to
1) Hornbeam
2)Beech
3) Elms/Hawthorn

My favorites change with the seasons. Here are my spring favorites: 1) Crab Apple 2) Quince 3) Fuji Cherry They are stunning when they flower. Crab apple trees are also my favorites in Autumn/ winter with those red apples hanging on and not leaves. |

Since I inherited all of these new species, I'm really enjoying working with deciduous again - so many weird and wonderful trees. |

I've never seen a monkey puzzle tree bonsai sound interesting |

My favourite tree in general has to be pine but my favourite trees to bonsai so far are: Lonicera nitida Chinese juniper Buxus. Those are the 3 that I've had best success with so far |
